We ordered a glass storm door, the wait was worth it! It is a beautiful heavy door, the installation was professional and excellent.

Just had my front door replaced. Excellent workmanship. 2 guys removed my old door and install the replacement in less than 2 hours. Mitre corners perfect. Weather seals are tight, will be nice in winter. Cleaned up everything I'm very happy. I've been in Remodeling for 40 years till I retired, so I know what to look for and know how to respect a installer's work. One more note, after comparing companies Berkely Door and Window had the best price and the best customer service from day one. I advise you to check them out.

I had a small but specialized door repair issue. Karen and Savanna at the front desk were patient, professional and caring. They were backed up due to social isolation restrictions but followed up several times and eventually scheduled a service call. The installer was very skilled efficient and courteous. We are very satisfied.

As a notorious DIY'er I have to say I am very glad to have this company help us out on our garage door. My husband and I were bent on fixing it ourselves when it wouldn't open. After hours of puttering with the cables we saw the torsion spring was broken and called around locally to see if we could get parts. This was friendliest local company that was willing to sell us the parts: torsion springs and winder bars. After much deliberation and looking at videos of people getting injured by messing with springs, my husband and I decided to pay the extra money to have a pro do it. (I also found a coupon on their site which helped bring the cost down.) I want to say I AM SO SO SO SO SO VERY GLAD we chose that route. Not only was Mike very professional and FAST (job was done under 40 minutes!) he was gracious enough to answer all the questions I had and even call me back to answer yet another question I had after he left. It feels great to have the garage door working again! Thank you Home, Door & Window for the great service!

Went to facility on the recommendation of a friend in order to purchase a garage door. Staff very welcoming and easy to work with. Answered questions about purchase and installation. Woukd highly recommend and will use them again for future door and/or window purchases!

Working with Home and door was a very good experience. We came to showroom and was guided within our budget and needs by Savannah. She then followed up and sent her worker to our home to measure door and make sure we were utilizing the space properly. She then wrote up a contract within our budget and the door was ordered. As soon as it was custom made and arrived back at home and door they called and scheduled an install which was only 10 day wait. The installer was super nice and I just love my new front door. It was made wheelchair accessible as per our goal. And I couldn’t be happier.

Had our garage door and motor replaced by HDW and the entire experience was great. They came out and gave us a quote and then when we were ready and scheduled, they were able to come out that same week and install the door very quickly. Will use again.
